DESCRIPTION:Run the winding  trails of Groton Town Forest with a choice 
 of 9.5 mile or 3.4 mile courses.  The Groton Town Forest Trail Races are 
 held in Groton\, MA and are sponsored by the Squannacook River Runners and
  Groton Trails Committee. The event offers two distances:\n\n 	9.5 miles\n
  	3.4 miles\n\nRegistration is limited to 250 runners.\n\nCourse overview:
  The courses are well marked\, tour the scenic Groton Town Forest\, and ha
 ve no road crossings. They are a combination of narrow dirt roads and wind
 ing single lane trails\, with lots of roots\, rocks\, leaves\, uphills\, a
 nd downhills. The hills are not large (though some are steep) but they off
 er a distinct challenge
